India has spent over a decade digitizing land records — and digitization alone hasn't made land safer to transact in. A digitized record can still hide a cancelled allotment, an unresolved court case, or a government land overlap.
LREIX closes the specific gap between what's digitized and what's actually cross-verified, for the law firms and lenders who carry the legal and financial risk when it goes wrong.
We're a Karnataka-incorporated company (CIN: U62099KA2026PTC218314), built first for Bengaluru's revenue and urban land markets, with a thesis that this cross-verification layer is infrastructure India's land system needs everywhere.
Title Risk Should Be a Number, Not a Guess
Right now, whether land is safe to lend against or buy depends on which lawyer you hired and how thorough the local broker happened to be. We think that's a solvable infrastructure problem.
Our vision is a Title Risk Score that works the way a credit score does for debt — structured, explainable, auditable, built by cross-referencing every government source that actually matters: Bhoomi, Kaveri, BBMP, BDA, eCourts, and GIS.
We're starting in Bengaluru because that's where we can verify our own accuracy against real records. The thesis scales to every Indian state running its own version of the same fragmented system.
